Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All sales are final once work has commenced. We are committed to delivering high-quality results and will work diligently to address any concerns before considering refunds.

2. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposits paid. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment.

3. Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced but before completion, Matjarak Builders will calculate a fair refund based on the percentage of work completed. This will be determined and communicated within 5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party licenses, domains, and hosting fees
• Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Rush delivery fees
• Completed and approved milestones
